1. Who can play

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

2. The game

Naija Hustle is a life-simulation game set in Nigeria. Characters, jobs, loans, homes, businesses, visas and events in the game are simulated. Real people, brands and places appear for flavour at made-up locations; no endorsement is implied.

3. Hustle Rewards

• Game money (in-game naira) has no cash value by itself and can't be bought, sold or transferred outside the game.
• Growth you earn by playing builds Hustle Rewards: ₦1,000 earned in the game = 1 point = ₦1. Starting money, test top-ups, gifts from other players and anything bought with real money don't count.
• Rewards are paid by Hustle 360 through WorkCentro.com once you reach the minimum (100 points), within a weekly limit per player and a weekly budget for everyone (shared out fairly if claims exceed it). You need a verified identity (iCheck) and a WorkCentro payee profile.
• Payouts open at launch. We may change the rate, minimum and limits, or end the programme, with notice; points already confirmed for payout will be honoured.
• Cheating, multiple accounts, bots or exploiting bugs forfeits rewards and may close the account.

4. Real-money purchases

Some things cost real money: renting a shop for your business, CAC registration in the game, billboards and business listings. These are paid through Flutterwave, give you in-game benefits only, aren't investments, and never become Hustle Rewards. If something you paid for can't be delivered, we refund it.

5. Your content and behaviour

Chat, business listings and billboard pictures must be legal, honest and respectful: no scams, harassment, hate, adult content, gambling or "money-doubling" offers, and no sharing personal contact details in chat. We review listings and pictures and may remove anything, mute or close accounts.

6. Links to real services

The phone links to real apps (WorkCentro, Garder, iCheck, Dspatch, HouzRent) and players' own businesses. Those have their own terms; we're not responsible for third-party services.

7. Availability and changes

The game is provided as is and may change, pause or end. We may update these terms; continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
